Ethan Steiger is the Chief Information Security Officer at Yum! Brands, where he leads the company’s global cybersecurity strategy and works across its brands and international markets to help make technology safer, more resilient, and better aligned with the business. He brings more than 25 years of senior cybersecurity leadership experience, including previous roles at Advance Auto Parts and Domino’s Pizza.
Throughout his career, Ethan has focused on building security programs that balance risk management, operational effectiveness, and business growth. He is particularly passionate about developing cybersecurity talent, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping executives understand complex technology risks in practical business terms. Ethan earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
