I am a passionate leader with more than 25 years experience in Information Technology, executing business transformation in startup environments as well as government circles.
I find myself at ease bridging technology and management in highly dynamic areas such as Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Mobile and Cloud Computing. I have extensive experience with complex acquisition programs, outsourcing of services and major capabilities, requirements management for large innovation programs; always working closely with users, solution architects, subject matter experts, team leaders in order to achieve business goals.
I lead teams of various sizes, in multi-cultural and multi-language environments, mentoring new hires, and helping the creation of a true team spirit; I lived in various countries and have a passion for understanding cultural differences and their potential. I possess extensive experience with program management, risk management, enterprise security architectures, application and data security, security incident management, network monitoring.
I have a strong technical background (learnt coding with the C language at age 13), which supports my management education (economics and management masters, MBA).
I strive to create innovation-friendly communities, filling the gap between industry leaders and government organisations and establishing strong client/partner relationships in key domains.
