David leads the Financial Services team in Google Cloud Office of the CISO. He has been a member of the Office of the CISO at Google Cloud for three years and is passionate about protecting the security of the financial services industry. He helps advise industry groups, regulators, and security teams in order to protect the world in a “shared-fate” model and transform the industry.
David has been a leader in cyber security across multiple industries including his last position serving as Financial Services CISO for Wholesale and Enterprise Technology where he protected trillions in annual payments and billions in assets under management. He has decades of experience across multiple verticals including as Global Director of Security Architecture, State/Local government, and National Security.
