As Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Security Group, for USAA, Wil is serving as Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at USAA. Previous roles included AVP-Information Security, Executive Director-Cyber Threat Operations Center, and Director of the Cyber Threat Prevention and Security Advisor teams. He joined USAA in 1998 after serving as Senior Network Security Consultant for Trident Data Systems and has also worked for AT&T, SAIC, and TRW. Mr. Bennett proudly served in the United States Air Force that included a tour of duty to Panama in support of Operation Just Cause. Wil holds a BA from UTSA, MBA with a concentration in Electronic Commerce from Colorado Technical University, and is a Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP).
