Caroline works in business development at Booz Allen, where she develops and grows strategic partnerships with insurers, brokers, cybersecurity vendors and law firms. Caroline is also an attorney and business professional with over 20 years of litigation, project/people management, and business development experience. Caroline began her career as a prosecutor in Philadelphia, becoming the youngest Bureau Chief in the organization’s history and leading a nationally recognized gun violence reduction strategy with state, local, and federal agencies. Caroline tried hundreds of cases, including homicides, gun trafficking cases, shootings, robberies, and other violent felonies. Caroline left the public sector to join an AmLaw 100 law firm, Fox Rothschild, LLP, where as a Partner she worked in commercial litigation, defending clients against multi-million-dollar contract, construction, and high-stakes personal injury claims. While at Fox, she also represented companies as outside general counsel, helping clients navigate compliance, regulatory, land use, and labor and employment challenges. Caroline earned her B.A. from Northwestern University and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Â
